Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Flipnclick.com.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Is different from what was ordered.
- Faulty Product Delivered.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- When you return an item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.
- For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund.
- Refunds are only issued after the product is returned back to us in its original condition. During Return Proper Packing responsibility is of Customers. If the product goes damage during Return customer will be responsible. So we request you to pls Return the material in our Original Packing. If Customers wants to Return without any proper reason Freight will be charged from Customers.
- We need 3-5 days to process Refunds after receiving the product back in our warehouse. Refund will be Processed only in the name of the account holder.
